999v Terms and Conditions – Platform Rules

By creating an account on 999v (available at 999v.run), you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this document, do not proceed with registration or use the platform's services.

To be eligible to use the 999v, the user must cumulatively meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age at the time of registration;
• Be a resident of Brazil and hold a valid CPF issued by the Receita Federal do Brasil;
• Not be enrolled in any active self-exclusion program, whether at 999v or with other operators;
• Not be an employee, partner, service provider, or first-degree relative of anyone connected to the operation of 999v;
• Have full legal capacity under current Brazilian law.

The 999v reserves the right to request proof of any of these requirements at any time. Providing false or incomplete information at registration constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and balance retention.

These Terms may be updated by the 999v periodically. The current version will always be available at /terms-conditions, with the date of the last update clearly indicated. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes automatic acceptance of the new version.

Registration at 999v is free and available to individual residents of Brazil who meet the eligibility requirements outlined in Section 1. Users must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at registration, including full legal name as shown on their ID, CPF, date of birth, full residential address, and a valid email address.

Each user may hold only an active account on 999v. Creating multiple accounts under the same CPF is strictly prohibited, regardless of the reason given. The 999v uses automated duplicate-detection systems and may suspend all accounts linked to the same CPF, holding balances until the investigation is complete.

Identity Verification (KYC): To unlock withdrawals, the user must complete the identity verification process by submitting:

• Official photo ID (RG, CNH, passport, or Carteira de Trabalho);
• Recent proof of address (issued within the last 90 days), in the account holder's name;
• Selfie holding the document, when requested by the security team.

The document review period is up to 2 (two) business days. The 999v may request additional documents in cases requiring in-depth verification. Withdrawals are blocked while verification is pending.

The user is responsible for keeping their login credentials (email and password) secure. The 999v is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from voluntary sharing or negligent handling of credentials. The 999v operates exclusively in Brazilian reais (BRL, symbol R$). All transactions – deposits, bets, winnings, and withdrawals – are processed in BRL, with no foreign currency conversion.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is R$ 20.00 (twenty reais). Accepted methods are:

• Pix – instant, 24 hours a day, including weekends and holidays;
• Boleto bancário – funds credited within up to 2 hours after bank payment confirmation;
• Credit or debit card – from the major card networks accepted in Brazil;
• PicPay and Mercado Pago – via direct platform integration.

Successful deposits are automatically credited to the user's wallet. The 999v does not charge fees on deposits. In the event of a technical processing failure, users should wait up to 30 minutes before contacting support with proof of the transaction.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 30.00 (thirty BRL). To make a withdrawal, the user must have completed identity verification (KYC). Available withdrawal methods are:

• Pix – primary method, processed within minutes, 24/7, no fee;
• Bank wire transfer (TED) – for Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, and all other financial institutions regulated by the Banco Central;
• Mercado Pago – subject to the partner platform's processing times.

Withdrawals are processed only to accounts held by the same CPF registered at 999v. The 999v may request additional documentation for withdrawals above R$ 5,000.00 as part of the anti-money laundering (AML) procedures required by Brazilian law. The maximum processing time for withdrawals after KYC approval is 24 hours for Pix and 2 business days for TED.

Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn directly. Only real balance (from deposits or winnings from completed rollover) is available for withdrawal.

The 999v offers Sports Betting across more than 30 disciplines, including football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Copa Libertadores, Sul-Americana, and international leagues), volleyball (Superliga and Nations League), basketball (NBB and NBA), MMA/UFC, tennis, e-sports (CBLOL, CS2, Valorant), and American football. Availability of disciplines and markets may vary according to the sports calendar.

Bet validity: A bet that has been confirmed and processed by the system is considered final and cannot be cancelled by the user, except where the cash out feature is available for that specific event.

Event cancellation: If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed by more than 24 hours from the original scheduled time, or ended before regulation time without the result being confirmed by the organizing body, all related bets will be voided and the staked amount fully refunded to the user.

Live betting (In-Play): Live betting odds are updated continuously throughout the event. The 999v may temporarily suspend live betting at critical moments (goals, injuries, red cards, VAR reviews). Bets submitted during a suspension will only be processed once the market is reopened by the system.

Parlay bets (accumulators): Parlays may combine between 2 and 10 selections on a single ticket. Odds are multiplied together. A single incorrect selection voids the entire ticket. The 10% parlay bonus for tickets with 5 or more correct selections is applied automatically to the net profit.

Bet limits: The 999v may set maximum bet limits per event, per market, or per user. These limits are displayed at the time of bet placement. Bets exceeding the configured limits will be accepted up to the maximum allowed amount, with the remainder returned to the user.

Odds errors: In the event of an obvious technical error in odds publication (for example, odds clearly inconsistent with the market), the 999v reserves the right to cancel affected bets and refund the staked amounts, even if those bets had already been confirmed by the system.

The 999v periodically offers welcome bonuses, reload promotions, free spins on slots, and other perks for registered users. Participating in any promotion implies acceptance of that offer's specific rules, which complement these General Terms.

Rollover requirement (turnover): All bonus balances are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) before they can be withdrawn. The required multiplier is specified in each promotion's description. For example, a R$ 100.00 bonus with a 5x rollover requires the user to place total wagers of R$ 500.00 using the bonus balance before any withdrawal. Cancelled, void, or sub-1.50 odds bets may not count toward fulfilling the rollover.

General rules applicable to all bonuses at 999v:

• Bonuses are valid only for the registered account and are non-transferable between users;
• Each promotion has a defined expiry period. Unused bonus balances are automatically cancelled once that period ends;
• The 999v may cancel a bonus if it identifies that the user is employing strategies to meet the rollover requirement with minimal risk (e.g., betting on opposing outcomes);
• Free spins have a fixed bet value per spin, as defined in the promotion description. Free spin winnings are credited as bonus balance and are subject to rollover;
• The welcome bonus is valid for each user's first deposit only and cannot be combined with other active promotions at the same time, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

The 999v reserves the right to modify, suspend, or end any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, provided that the acquired rights of users who have already started completing the rollover requirement for that promotion are respected.

The casino section of 999v includes slots, live table games with human dealers, crash games, online poker, and progressive jackpot games. All games use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) audited by an independent body, ensuring every outcome is genuinely random and untampered.

Slots and RNG: The outcome of each spin on any slot at the 999v is determined by the RNG at the exact moment of the spin, regardless of previous results. There are no predictable patterns, "hot slots," or favorable times to play. The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is available in that game's description.

Live Casino: Live casino games are streamed in real time from certified studios. In the event of a technical failure during a round (connection drop, stream issue), the outcome will be determined by the partner studio's security system and communicated to the user. If the outcome cannot be determined, the bet is voided and the amount returned.

Progressive jackpots: Progressive jackpot totals displayed on the platform are updated in real time and reflect the current pot value. The triggering of any progressive jackpot is determined solely by the RNG – there is no guarantee of when or at what value the jackpot will be hit. The 999v is not responsible for expectations based on historical values or jackpot growth rates.

Online poker: The poker tables at 999v are played directly between real players. The 999v does not participate as a player at any table. The rake (house commission) is deducted from each pot according to the table rules, available in the description of each format. Multi-accounting, collusion between players, and the use of automated assistance software are strictly prohibited and will result in a permanent ban and forfeiture of balances.

The 999v has zero tolerance for practices that undermine the integrity of the platform, other users, or the betting ecosystem. The following behaviors are expressly prohibited and subject to penalties, including account closure and balance forfeiture:

• Bet arbitrage (arbing): systematically exploiting odds discrepancies across markets to guarantee profit regardless of the outcome;
• Bonus abuse: creating fake or multiple accounts to fraudulently obtain promotions;
• Use of bots or automation: use of any automated software to place bets, spin slots, or participate in games without active human intervention;
• Poker collusion: collusion between two or more players to gain an advantage over others at the table;
• Account sharing: allowing another person to use your account, whether to bet, deposit, or withdraw;
• Exploitation of technical glitches: intentionally and repeatedly exploiting system errors, incorrect odds, or bugs;
• Money laundering: use the 999v as a means to conceal the origin of illicit funds, in violation of Brazilian anti-money laundering legislation (Law No. 9.613/1998).

The 999v continuously monitors for atypical behavior patterns and may proactively suspend an account while investigating suspected misuse. The user under investigation will be notified and given a deadline to present their defense before a final decision is made.

The 999v is committed to promoting responsible gambling and recognizes that betting and casino games can cause problems for some users. For that reason, we offer control tools that any user can activate at any time, with no need to contact support:

• Deposit limits: set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit cap. Once the limit is reached, no additional deposits are accepted until the period resets;
• Betting limits: set the maximum amount that can be wagered per day, week, or month across games and Sports Betting;
• Session limit: set a maximum daily active session time on the platform. A warning is issued when the time is running out, and the session is automatically ended when the limit is reached;
• Temporary self-exclusion: pause your account for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 3 months, or 6 months. During self-exclusion, no deposits, bets, or account access are possible;
• Permanent self-exclusion: request permanent account closure with a lifetime ban by emailing suporte@999v.run. Once permanently closed, re-registration is not permitted.

The 999v does not accept deposits from users who are in an active self-exclusion period. Any violation of this rule by technical means will result in the immediate cancellation of the deposit and a full refund of the amount.

The processing of personal data belonging to users of the 999v is carried out in compliance with the General Personal Data Protection Law (LGPD – Law No. 13,709/2018). We collect only the data necessary to provide our services, verify identity, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations.

Data collected includes: full name, CPF, date of birth, address, email, mobile number, KYC document data, transaction history, and platform access records.

Purposes of data processing:

• Provision of betting, casino, and payment services;
• Identity verification and fraud and money laundering prevention;
• Promotional communications and news updates (with the option to unsubscribe at any time);
• Compliance with legal and regulatory obligations.

Personal data is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for commercial purposes. Sharing with partners occurs exclusively when necessary to provide the service (payment processors, game providers) and always under contractual confidentiality obligations.

Users have the following rights over their data as guaranteed by the LGPD: confirmation that processing exists, access to data, correction of incomplete or incorrect data, data portability, deletion of data processed on the basis of consent, and withdrawal of consent at any time.

Limitation of liability: The 999v is not liable for financial losses resulting from sports betting or casino games, including losses caused by technical failures, service interruptions, promptly corrected odds errors, or force majeure events. The maximum liability of the 999v under any circumstances is limited to the amount of the deposit made by the user who filed the claim.

Service availability: The 999v makes reasonable efforts to keep the platform available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, interruptions for scheduled maintenance, system updates, or reasons beyond the control of the 999v may occur. Scheduled maintenance is communicated at least 2 hours in advance via chat or email.

Intellectual property: All platform content 999v – brand, logo, interface, texts, images, and code – is the property of the 999v or licensed by third parties. Reproduction, copying, or use of any element without express written authorization is strictly prohibited.

Dispute resolution: In the event of a dispute between the user and the 999v, the user must first contact support at suporte@999v.run to attempt an amicable resolution. If an amicable resolution is not possible, the courts of the district of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, are hereby elected as the sole jurisdiction to settle any disputes, to the exclusion of any other, however privileged it may be.

Applicable law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, including, without limitation, the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/1990), the LGPD (Law No. 13,709/2018), and the applicable regulatory standards for the Sports Betting market.

Communications: The official communication channel of 999v with users is the email address registered on the account. The 999v never asks for passwords, card details, or full banking information via email or chat. These Terms and Conditions take effect from the date the user creates their account and remain valid for as long as the account is active or until a new version is published, with the most recent version available at /terms-conditions always taking precedence.
